Experience a transformative shamanic drumming journey to connect with your three cauldrons.
WEEK TWO
Rekindle your inner warmth and reclaim your life's essence. Understand the signs of power loss in the Lower Cauldron and its impact on your vitality. Learn empowering techniques to reclaim your life essence and engage with the Guardian Guide, grounding practices, and the art of Recapitulation. Experience a guided healing meditation to begin the restoration of your spirit.
WEEK THREE
Tend to your heart's desires, finding balance, joy, and purpose. Engage with the Four Divisions of Sorrow, transforming them into sources of strength. Rediscover joy using Celtic archetypes and draw inspiration from Power Animals to set healthy boundaries. WEEK FOUR
Illuminate your path with the wisdom of the Celts. Cultivate a deeper connection with your inner wisdom, understand the ethics of spiritual gifts rooted in Celtic values, and learn Omen Walking. Invoke the divine flow of Imbas Forosnai, a gift from the Old Gods, and engage in a Three Cauldrons Breathwork session, inviting the revered wisdom of the Ancestors to guide and inspire you.
