HeatherAsh Amara is the founder of Toci — the Toltec Center of Creative Intent, based in Austin, TX, which fosters local and global community that supports authenticity, awareness, and awakening. She is dedicated to inspiring depth, creativity, and joy by sharing the most potent tools from a variety of world traditions. HeatherAsh studied and taught extensively with don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, and continues to teach with the Ruiz family.
She brings an openhearted, inclusive world view to her writings and teachings, which are a rich blend of Toltec wisdom, European shamanism, Buddhism, and Native American ceremony. She is the author of Warrior Goddess Training, The Warrior Goddess Training Companion Book, The Toltec Path of Transformation, No Mistakes: How You Can Change Adversity into Abundance, The Warrior Goddess Way, Awaken Your Inner Fire, and Warrior Goddess Wisdom, as well as co-author of The Sevens Secrets of a Healthy, Happy Relationship with don Miguel Ruiz Jr. Her latest book is titled The Warrior Heart Practice: A Simple Process to Transform Confusion into Clarity and Pain into Peace.
Sarah Marshank is the founder of Selfistry, a system for mastering the art of being human. Selfistry is “smart spirituality” for these times, offering a map and a method for effective self development. Integrating Eastern and Western philosophy and psychology with meditative and somatic practices, Selfistry prepares practitioners for a deep encounter with life. Selfistry was born out of Sarah's personal 10-year retreat, where she lived a simple ascetic lifestyle, separate from the fast-paced craziness of the Western world. While isolated, she studied the teachings of numerous lineages and spent her days practicing meditation, yoga, silence, and fasting.
