For online courses and in-person events that take place within the continental United States, refunds are granted up to 90 days prior to the start of the event purchased, less a $50 cancellation fee. For in-person events that take place outside the continental United States, refunds are granted up to 180 days prior to the start of the event purchased, less a $50 cancellation fee. Due to the scheduling and planning requirements of our online courses and in-person events, we cannot offer refunds once these time frames have passed. 

For all online courses and in person events, no paper tickets will be mailed, your emailed receipt is your ticket to the event. 

All refunds must be issued to the same credit card or method of payment. If the card or method of payment used is no longer available, a credit towards a future event will be issued. Lastly, the 3.5% ticketing fees that were paid with event ticket purchases are not refunded. This is because the processing companies do not refund those fees to us.
