Refunds are granted up to 90 days prior to the start of the event purchased, less a $50 processing fee. Due to the scheduling and planning requirements of our courses and events, we cannot offer refunds within 90 days before the start date of event or course.
All refunds must be issued to the same credit card or method of payment. If the card or method of payment used is no longer available, a credit towards a future event will be issued. Lastly, the 3.5% credit card fees that were paid with event ticket purchases are not refunded. This is because the credit card companies do not refund those fees to us.
