The Gathering of the Witches is a three-day online event hosted on the Zoom platform for anyone interested in learning or practicing the Art of Witchcraft.
The Gathering of the Witches will be broadcast live online from October 25th 2024 at 5PM PDT/8 PM EDT
The event continues live all day Saturday October 26th and will conclude Sunday October 27th at 2 PM PDT / 5 PM EDT
All live workshops will be recorded and participants will be able to access the recordings for six months after the event ends.

Your registration includes full access to ALL PRESENTATIONS during the event, our event app download, and access to video replays of all the courses offered for six months.

Insight Events USA’s refund policy allows for refunds up to 90 days prior to the start of the event purchased. After 90 days, you are welcome to transfer your attendance to a friend.
Almost any smart phone, PC, or tablet will work. The Gathering of the Witches will take place over Zoom.
For the best experience, we recommend downloading the free Zoom app for your device.
We will send you a link to our community website a few days prior to the event
There are no concurrent presentations during the Friday Keynote with Theresa Reed, the Saturday keynote with Laura Temptest Zakroff, or the Sunday keynote with Judika Illes, so the entire Gathering of the Witches community may attend those live and together.
Throughout the remainder of the weekend, there will be workshops sessions that run simultaneously, so you will have to choose one to attend live during each time slot in the break-out schedule (we know, it may be a tough decision).
But, no need to despair, as with a Full Access Pass you’ll be able to watch replays for ALL classes once the The Gathering of the Witches conference concludes (and for six months after that!)

Definitely! You’ll have access to video replays for six months after the conference is over - until April 27, 2025.
