  • What is Gathering of the Creatives Online?
      • The Gathering of the Creatives is an online event for artists and those who want to be. We believe that all humans are creative, and that there is an unmistakable connection between creativity and a happy and fulfilling life.
  • Where and when does Gathering of the Creatives take place? How much does it cost?
      • Gathering of the Creatives will be a virtual experience in 2020, airing live from December 4-6, 2020 (replays will be available for six months following the live, online event). Please visit our registration page LINK for pricing information. 
  • Who should come to Gathering of the Creatives?
      • Anyone who wants to experience the magic that exists at the intersection of creativity and personal transformation. 
  • How do other attendees describe Gathering of the Creatives?
      • Gathering of the Creatives alums often report that their weekend experience was “super powerful” and “transformative”, that it was a “confirmation they were on the correct path and that ‘their’ people were out there”, that they were ready to “own their unique creativity” and “unlock their creative energies after several years of blockage.” And, as one wise alumnus said, “Creativity is what will save humanity and I am unstoppable.” 


  • Can I buy a ticket for someone else?
      • Absolutely! We love to see the Gathering of the Creatives family grow. Plug-in their details (name and email address, especially) in the required registration information in the check-out process and utilize your name and email address in the “Buyer” section.     • I’ve been negatively impacted financially by the COVID-19 pandemic. Can I receive a discount?
      • We know it has been a tough year in so many ways, including financial security. We have a limited number of partial scholarships available to help! Send us an email at and our team will respond ASAP.
  • What does my ticket include?
      • Your registration includes full access to ALL PRESENTATIONS during the event, our event app download, and all video replays for six months. 
  • What happens after I buy a ticket?
      • You’ll immediately receive a payment confirmation and an email welcoming you to Gathering of the Creatives Online. Please add to your contacts so our emails are not redirected to a spam folder, and be sure to watch for more emails from us as we get closer to the event for access instructions. 
  • Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
      • Insight Events USA’s refund policy allows for refunds up to 90 days prior to the start of the event purchased. After 90 days, you are welcome to transfer your attendance to a friend. But, hey, it would make an incredible holiday gift for the artist in your life (if you can’t attend and need to gift last-minute to a friend -- we’ve got your back!). 

Before the Event

  • What kind of computer requirements will I need to watch the event?
      • Almost any smart phone, PC, or tablet will work. The Gathering of the Creatives will take place over Zoom and Whova. For the best experience, we recommend downloading the free Zoom and Whova apps for your device. 
  • How can I connect with other attendees before the event? 
      • The Whova platform has some incredible tools for connecting with other attendees both before and during Gathering of the Creatives.
  • Will I have to choose some presentations and miss others?
      • There are not any concurrent presentations during the Keynotes that are scheduled on Friday and Saturday by SARK and Julia Cameron respectively, so the Gathering of the Creatives community may attend those live and together. Throughout the remainder of the weekend, there will be workshops sessions that run concurrently, so you will have to choose one to attend live during each time slot in the break-out schedule (we know, it may be a tough decision). But, no need to despair, as with a Full Access Pass you’ll be able to watch replays for ALL classes once the Gathering of the Creatives conference concludes (up to June 6, 2021). 
    • Will there be an interactive element to the workshops or will it be lecture-only? 
        • There will be interactive elements in each workshop. Please see the workshop descriptions for more information.

After the Event

  • Is there a way to see a replay of Gathering of the Creatives afterward?
      • Definitely! You’ll have access to video replays for six months after the conference is over - up to June 6, 2021. We will email you links to the videos after the conference is over.
