We experience grief every day—grief for a missed opportunity, a cross-country move, an ended relationship or a lost loved one. In the dark moments that follow these losses, it can be difficult to look past the pain and emptiness that accompanies our grief. Those closest to us may even say it’s time to move on, that we should be past our grief, or that we are selfish if we hold onto our grief—however, we are not always capable of looking past our sorrow so easily, and life can seem without hope or joy.
After suffering the devastating loss of her son, author Therèse Tappouni came to the realization that it is possible to not only heal but to find gifts from the deepest grief. The Gifts of Grief: Finding the Light in the Darkness of Loss explores the grieving process and examines new ways to heal from the inside out.
In this special one hour teleclass hosted by Randy Davila, Therèse will focus on helping those who are in the midst of overcoming a great loss or personal tragedy.
