In Holistic Stress Management, led by Dr. Brian Luke Seaward, author of Managing Stress: Principles and Strategies for Health and Well-Being, you’ll learn about how our minds, bodies, and spirits react when one or more parts are out of balance and how to refocus the connection between our three life components to minimize feelings of stress. Dr. Seaward will guide you with proven techniques for stress reduction and get you on the path to self-healing.

How This Course Works
