Would you like to experience the most fulfilling relationships ever with your partner, family, or friends?
Having a relationship with someone is like sailing an uncharted river—sometimes it’s steady, sometimes it has twists and turns that come out of nowhere, and sometimes you hit rocky terrain and you can’t even get back in the water. The key is not letting those twists and rocky periods shatter your involvement with the other person, even when you find them extremely challenging. Everyone goes through upsetting times with those they love most, and those times most of all can lead us to the source of our reactions to the other person.
Join shamanic practitioner Elizabeth Forrest, along with special guest HeatherAsh Amara, best-selling author of Warrior Goddess Training, for a special one-night event on improving your primary relationships to experience acceptance and compassion of yourself and the others you care about most. Elizabeth will share practical and spiritual practices that teach how to hold your precious energy, rather than deplete it with drama and conflict, as well as how to reclaim yourself and release others from your energy body.
In this course, you will learn:
-How to cultivate your “Witness” perception.
-To explore the places where you lose your energy in your relationships.
-The Toltec tool that energetically disconnects you from your past to live fully in the present.
-To understand how the “blame game” creates more of what you don’t want in relationships.
