lucid dreaming2

In your dreams, you can do anything…

Dreams can help you heal your fears, resolve emotional issues, and connect to your deepest spiritual truths, but only if you take the time to learn how to communicate with them effectively. Lucid dreaming is a powerful way of engaging mindfully with your dreams to solve problems, improve your relationships, and discover who you are at the most profound level.

In this course led by Dr. Clare Johnson, author of Mindful Dreaming: Harness the Power of Lucid Dreaming for Happiness, Health, and Positive Change, you’ll learn the first steps to having lucid dreams and how to guide yourself through the “waking dream” world. Dr. Johnson gives tips for decoding the symbolic language of dreams and shares her best practical techniques for working – and playing! – with dreams for a happier, more vibrant life.

In this course, you will learn:

-How to become lucid in your dreams
-Tips for decoding the symbolic language of dreams
-Exercises for working through emotional issues in your dream world
-How to create empowering and spiritual lucid dreams
